This PIN questionnaire conducted in March 2021 concerned issues of fraud, both experiences and prevention. Participants shared their own experiences on fraud attempts, as well as views on where fraud is believed to originate, and how to best reduce its eects on Canadian consumers. The PIN is a national network of thoughtful, knowledgeable Canadian consumers organized by the Consumers Council of Canada. Joining the PIN is free for residents of Canada.
