Consumers Council of Canada uses online questionnaires directed to its Public Interest Network (PIN) to help identify experiences and attitudes of consumers, and to help inform priority-setting for the Council. This report asks for perspectives around consumers’ views about privacy. A similar PIN questionnaire from the same time two years ago is used as comparison. The PIN is a national network of thoughtful, knowledgeable Canadian consumers organized by the Consumers Council of Canada. Joining the PIN is free for residents of Canada.
