A submission by the Consumers Council of Canada to the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services addressing opportunities to reform the Consumer Protection Act of Ontario and better empower and protect consumers resident in Ontario. It proposes improvements to the conduct of consumer protection oversight, enforcement and representation across all consumer protection responsibilities of and created by the Ontario government.
