The Council consults the PIN about important public and consumer policy issues being considered by government, corporations and consumer organizations.
When the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Consumers Council used a series of online questionnaires of the PIN to help assess the experiences and attitudes of consumers, and to help guide priorities for the Council.
