Consumers Council of Canada uses online questionnaires directed to its Public Interest Network (PIN) to help identify experiences and attitudes of consumers, and to help inform priority-setting for the Council. In 2020, questionnaires focused primarily on issues related to COVID-19. This report asks for perspectives around consumer privacy, but many of the questions involve COVID-19 issues either specifically or by implication.
