Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, Consumers Council of Canada has questioned its Public Interest Network to gain insights into the experiences and attitudes of consumers. This report summarizes results of its eighth PIN participant survey during the pandemic, conducted in late October 2020. The questionnaire and this report focuses on views about standardization.
