Comments by the Consumers Council of Canada on Health Canada’s document “Instrument Choice Framework for the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act.” The Council chalks the document up as a missed opportunity that fails to take advantage of quality, existing international guidance on preparing such a document and does not take advantage of existing exemplars which could strengthen its presentation.
