This report is based on the results of a Consumers Council of Canada Public Interest Network questionnaire asking for perspectives around consumers’ views about redress. A similar PIN questionnaire from the same time a year ago is used as comparison. The PIN is a national network of thoughtful, knowledgeable Canadian consumers organized by the Consumers Council of Canada. Joining the PIN is free for residents of Canada.
