Consumers Council of Canada uses online questionnaires directed to its Public Interest Network (PIN) to help identify experiences and attitudes of consumers, and to help inform priority-setting for the Council. This report summarizes the views shared by PIN participants in August 2022. Current views about consumer rights to hearing and redress. The PIN is a national network of thoughtful, knowledgeable Canadian consumers organized by the Consumers Council of Canada. Joining the PIN is free for residents of Canada.
